How to Keep Them Tasting Great for Your Special Day
Pecans can be kept at room temperature for several weeks. So, you can order in advance and cross this item off your to-do list. (Plus, you’ll avoid rush charges.) However, we recommend you store them in a refrigerator, or if possible, a freezer. At least, store them in the coolest place available, such as a basement or wine cellar. As long as the pecans are dry, away from heat or high humidity, and held at a consistent temperature, they’ll taste great. We’ve compiled a list of FAQs for you as well.
