Make breakfast fun with this Yogurt Pecan Parfait. Alternating layers of yogurt, pecans, and fruit make an eye-catching presentation. These colorful parfaits are spiced with Agave Ginger pecans and sweetened with just a bit of honey. You can use your favorite berries or substitute raisins, chopped dates, or dried cranberries when berries are not in season.
Spoon 4 ounces of yogurt into the bottom of a wide glass or small bowl. Top with 1/4 cup of berries, 2 tablespoon of pecan pieces, and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of honey. Repeat layers.
