These colorful parfaits are spiced with Agave Ginger pecans and sweetened with just a bit of honey. You can use your favorite berries or substitute raisins, chopped dates, or dried cranberries when berries are not in season.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • ½ cup finely chopped Wutta Nut! Agave Ginger pecans
  • 4 Tablespoons honey

Instructions
 

  • Spoon 4 ounces of yogurt into the bottom of a wide glass or small bowl. Top with 1/4 cup of berries, 2 tablespoon of pecan pieces, and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of honey. Repeat layers.
  • Repeat steps for second parfait with remaining ingredients.
  • Serve immediately.
