Agave Ginger, with its spicy gingersnap cookie taste, complements this classic whiskey drink. If you’ve never had one, it’s time to get acquainted with this oldest of cocktails. Whiskey or bourbon, bitters, sugar cube, an orange slice and Agave Ginger pecans are all you need for this sweet and bitter cocktail. Just rim the glass with crushed Agave Ginger pecans. The ginger flavor naturally complements the slight orange taste and the agave is an added touch of sweetness.

Cocktails first entered the scene in the late 1800s, and the Old Fashioned was one of the first. If crushing the pecans to rim the glass sounds like too much fuss, just serve the Agave Ginger halves along with the drinks.
