Custom Packaging Options, Too

Option 1: For individual gifts, our 5-ounce or 1.6-ounce gold-foil package with your custom copy. For a special celebration, consider using a photo of the guests of honor, or your company’s or organization’s logo.

Option 2: For larger quantities that don’t require special packaging, we can make your custom flavor in any quantity in one-pound increments. These are packed in six-pound resealable plastic containers.

Choosing Your Custom Pecan Flavor

We start with an 8-ounce sample batch based on the choices and preferences you select with our consultant. We can provide two flavor profiles at a time. The price is $25 plus shipping. 

Minimums

Our minimum order is 5 pounds of one flavor. This will make 16 5-ounce packages, or 50 1.6-ounce packages. If unpacked (bulk), five pounds will serve 40 to 60 guests. The price for 5 pounds is $28 per pound if packed, and $22 per pound if in bulk. If you order a minimum of 15 pounds, the prices are $25 packed, and $20 in bulk. These prices do not include your custom labels or shipping. We use our standard labels for bulk orders, at no additional charge.

Labels

The front labels typically cost $20 – $25 for 50, plus shipping, as we do not print them in-house. There’s no price difference for using one of our standard custom labels or providing us with your artwork. 

Irrespective of your label for the front, each pouch or bulk container is labeled with the required nutrition and ingredient information. There is a one-time charge of $35 for the nutritional analysis service. 

Shipping

For custom orders, we only ship overnight using Fed Ex or UPS. We are happy to use your account for direct billing.

Timelines

To avoid rush charges, we need to have your finalized custom flavor and label copy or finished design no less than 8 weeks before your desired delivery date. 

Need them faster? Yes, we can prepare and deliver your custom order in 3 to 4 weeks, once you select your flavor. But, you’ll incur extra costs for rush printing, shipping, and packing. 

Terms

You will be emailed an invoice for about 80% of the estimated total cost that must be paid before we begin production. The remainder will be due within 14 days after we ship your completed order. 

Once they arrive at your place, the packed pecans will keep at room temperature for several weeks. So, you can order in advance and avoid all rush charges. However, we recommend you store them in a refrigerator, or if possible, a freezer. At least, store them in the coolest place available. Such as, a basement or wine cellar. As long as the pecans are dry, away from high humidity, and held at a consistent temperature, they’ll taste great.
